This month, we were honored among a select group of companies, scoring a perfect 100 on Human Rights Campaign's (HRC's) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and inclusion in HRC’s Consumer Buyer’s Guide for LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) consumers.
HRC’s CEI is based on a number of principles for equality and inclusion, including workplace practices and programs aimed to support a fully inclusive workplace for all. P&G's ranking reflects our continued commitment to diversity and inclusion, with full leadership support.
"P&G's recognition reflects the Company’s strong commitment to genuine diversity and inclusion, as well as the tireless efforts of our LGBT employee network, GABLE. It is a privilege to serve as the executive sponsor to this network, and I congratulate and thank GABLE members for their ongoing dedication and for bringing their full selves to work every day,” said Deborah Majoras, Chief Legal Officer, and GABLE Executive Sponsor.
Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion is unwavering as we all continue to foster a workplace culture of respect and inclusion, so that we can achieve our mission of Everyone Valued, Everyone Included, Everyone Performing at Their Peak.™

About HRC: HRC is a non-government organization, supporting workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals.
About HRC CEI: Each year, the Human Rights Campaign invites corporations from every industry to participate in their Corporate Equality Index survey, and rates those businesses based on policies and practices that are inclusive for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender employees. Businesses that rank 100 are named as “Best Places to Work.” Consumer-oriented businesses are also included in the HRC Buying for Equality booklet, signaling to consumers this is a great company to which they should give their business.
