Today, Hay Group, the well-respected global management consulting firm, released the results of their eighth annual Best Companies for Leadership study. The study ranks the top 20 companies for leadership around the world, and examines how those companies grow and develop people throughout their careers.
We're proud to announce that P&G ranked #1 on this esteemed list of companies.
The ranking is based on survey responses from people representing 2,200 companies from 125 countries around the world.
This recognition comes one day after an announcement from Working Mother Magazine ranking us a Top 10 company in their list of Top 100 Companies for Working Mothers. Working Mother Magazine is a key partner for our Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy, and this ranking is highly competitive among peer companies. This is the second consecutive year they’ve named us as a Top 10 company.
Thirdly, yesterday the research firm Universum announced its list of the World’s Most Attractive Employers for 2013. For this study, Universum asks 200,000 students from around the world to nominate their ideal employers. P&G was once again in the Top 10 for business students, #11 for engineering students, and the top consumer goods company on both lists. >
These honors from Hay Group, Working Mother Magazine and Universum come on top of several other similar rankings in recent months:
#1 on Chief Executive Magazine’s 40 Best Companies for Leaders (two consecutive years)
#7 on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity, #8 on their Top 10 Companies for Global Diversity, and #5 on their Top 10 Companies for Recruitment and Retention
Working Mother’s Top 10 Best Companies for Multicultural Women
Together, these awards tell a story about our enduring commitment to grow and develop P&G people at all levels to help them perform at their peak. We're proud to be honored by these highly-respected organizations, and congratulate the other companies that made the lists with us.
