    Last weekend, more than 13,000 diapers were stolen from a diaper bank serving babies families in need in Durham, North Carolina, USA. This unusual theft from a non-profit organization made news headlines across North America and beyond.It hit home especially to Christy Buckland, a Community Manager for Pampers and Luvs, who lives in Durham, North Carolina. Christy and the entire North America Baby Care team were saddened to hear of the robbery, and quickly formed a plan to help.more...

    On May 3 & 4, about 450 P&Gers laced up their shoes and took their places at the starting lines of one of seven races held during the 10th Annual Geneva Marathon weekend. This was a record participation level for P&G at the marathon, where we've participated as a Company every year since its inception.The Geneva Marathon benefits the Clair Bois Foundation, which has been providing care for children, teenagers and adults with multiple disabilities since its founding in Genevamore...

    We've completed our disaster relief operations in response to the recent tornadoes in Arkansas and Mississippi. Over the last couple of days, 750 families have received relief supplies in the towns of Tupelo, Mantachie and Ritchie.Many have begun the slow rebuilding process.It was heartwarming to see the smiles on the faces of so many families as we provided everyday essentials such as Always, Bounty, Charmin, Crest, Head & Shoulders, Ivory, Gillette, Old Spice, Oral-B, Pampers,more...

    The Segura’s family dream of one day having a home has finally come true.As part of the Happy Homes program in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, over 100 P&G Costa Rica volunteers built a beautiful home in the city of Paraiso de Cartago for Ana Ligia Segura and her three children.     Seven years after Hurricane Katrina destroyed much of New Orleans, Hurricane Isaac made landfall in Louisiana.  Nearly 700,000 homes and businesses in Louisiana and Mississippi were without power late Wednesday, and Isaac continues to devastate the New Orleans area.     A massive clean-up is under way in the Philippines after floods swept through the capital of Manila and nearby provinces after 12 days of monsoon rains, compounded by a typhoon and tropical storms. Millions were affected by the flooding, and hundreds of thousands of people are still displaced and without power. P&G Philippines is responding with a “Rebuild Philippines” program to support flood victims and help them rebuild their homes and livelihoods. more...

    In Vietnam’s northern Hung Yen Province, Minh Phuong is one of the poorest communes in the district, and many children there do not have an opportunity to attend kindergarten. Their temporary classroom, a structure that is 500 – 600 years old and part of a pagoda (temple), is dark and damp, weathered and dilapidated, hardly an ideal environment for children and learning.more...
