P&G Game Show and Celebrity Guests Sweep into TAIWANfest
P&G brands will help make TAIWANfest even better. That’s the Everyday Effect.
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Look for the giant blue box at TAIWANfest this year, where P&G will be onsite to help make Canada’s largest Mandarin festival even better. P&G will be part of the action with the P&G Household Challenge in both Toronto and Vancouver where a pop-up mini supermarket game show will put contestants to the test – hosted by international stars that everyone will know and love.
TAIWANfest attendees in both cities are invited to try their luck at the P&G Household Challenge where our host will give them 28 seconds to match a series of clues to P&G products, all while avoiding the obstacles inside the giant blue box! Winners will take home a big blue box filled with their favourite P&G household brands. Whether it’s making cleaning a little faster, smiles a little brighter or the adjustment to a new home a little easier, P&G will show Canadians that its brands are there when and where you need them most, today and every day.
In Toronto, the P&G Household Challenge will be active at the Harbourfront Centre from August 24th (12 pm to 8 pm) to 25th (12 pm to 6 pm). Internationally renowned actor and former host of MTV Asia and Channel [V] Asia, David Wu (Wu Da Wei) ‘Wu Man’ will be guest hosting on August 24th (12-3pm). David Wu is one of the preeminent bilingual personalities in China who has had success as a VJ, acted in over 100 feature films and charmed millions as the personality behind ‘Go West’, a TV show that taught English slang.
In Vancouver, the P&G Household Challenge will be active from August 31st to September 2nd (11am-7pm on August 31st and September 1st, and 11am-6pm on September 2nd) on Granville Street between Pender and Dunsmuir Streets. International star and Hong Kong man-of-the-moment Sammy Leung (Leung Chi Kin) will be guest hosting on August 31st from 11am-7pm. Sammy Leung is a preeminent Hong Kong DJ, actor, leading host of Chinese shows such as ‘The Voice’ – and has delivered a series of large stand-up comedy shows such as The Show Must Go Wrong, Love Master, and Love Master 2 - RockaSammy.
