Recent awards recognize P&G leadership development, brand value and business performance

Here's a quick summary of awards & recognition that P&G, our people and our brands received over the past month.

P&G: Best Company for Leadership

Hay Group Best Companies for Leadership sealFor the second consecutive year, Hay Group ranked P&G #1 on its 2014 list of the Best Companies for Leadership.

To compile these rankings, questionnaires were distributed to companies in 115 different countries. Leaders were asked to report on the effectiveness of leadership development at their own organization, and to name three companies from which they would most like to recruit leaders.

World's Most Valuable Brands

Gillette logoForbes ranked Gillette 27th on its list of the World’s Most Valuable Brands. To determine which brands made the list, Forbes started with a universe of more than 200 global brands and required them to have some presence in the U.S. Forbes valued the brands on three years of earnings, and allocated a percentage of those earnings based on the role the brands play in each industry.

Outstanding Company Award in Vietnam

P&G Vietnam received an Outstanding Company Award by the Binh Duong authority for the second year in a row.

As the most prestigious recognition by the Binh Duong provincial authority, the award recognizes outstanding performance in business operations, compliance and contribution to social and economic development.
